Hlavn\u00ed z\u00a0nich je <strong>povinnost podat hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o odpadech za rok 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd subjekt, kter\u00fd <strong>produkuje nebo nakl\u00e1d\u00e1 s odpadem<\/strong>, je <strong>povinen si v\u00e9st celoro\u010dn\u011b evidenci odpad\u016f<\/strong>. Na konci roku, pokud p\u0159es\u00e1hne z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00fd limit 600 kg nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho odpadu nebo 100 tun ostatn\u00edho odpadu, je povinen podat hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o odpadech za dan\u00fd rok.<\/p>\n<p>Hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 za ka\u017edou provozovnu zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165. Toto ale neplat\u00ed nap\u0159. u staveb, jeliko\u017e jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za mobiln\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se v\u0161echny vyprodukovan\u00e9 odpady s\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed dle ORP (obec s\u00a0roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed), v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Prahy dle SOP (spr\u00e1vn\u00ed obvod hl. m. Prahy). Pokud jste tedy v minul\u00e9m roce prov\u00e1d\u011bli stavebn\u00ed \u010dinnost nap\u0159. na Praze 2 na v\u00edce m\u00edstech, nebudete pod\u00e1vat hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed za ka\u017ed\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 m\u00edsto, ale pod\u00e1te pouze jedno souhrnn\u00e9 hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed za Prahu 2.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed se krom\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f o subjektu uv\u00e1d\u00ed m\u00edsto vzniku odpadu, druh a mno\u017estv\u00ed odpadu, komu jste odpad p\u0159edali a v\u00a0jak\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jste n\u00e1m v uplynul\u00e9m roce p\u0159edali polovinu z\u00e1konn\u00fdch limit\u016f (300 kg nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho odpadu nebo 50 tun ostatn\u00edho odpadu), za\u0161leme v\u00e1m evidenci automaticky. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1s kontaktujte s \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o zasl\u00e1n\u00ed na mail <a href=\"mailto:jelinkova@siegl.cz\">jelinkova@siegl.cz<\/a>.
